I have two things to tell you.
1. If you have only cleared prelims once, you have a fragile prelims. Which means, never have the idea that you are good with prelims. People are good with prelims, and they clear every year without issues - and you are not - so even for prelims you will need to give 4-5 months in a focussed manner. I know so many people who cleared pre 2024, then flunked 2025 ( because well, they cleared pre once and then were busy with interview )
2. Make sure that you use the time between June - December well. That is the key to getting a top rank next year. In fact I already know a bunch of people who will be making it to top 100 not because i have seen their recent answers - but because last year during this time they were studying.
