@TETRACYCLINEthis might not will be the case as other candidates will definitely claim and even if upsc declare the result in hurry so that no more representation can come,this might not help as other can claim even after the result is declared by citing the judgement of thecat.soto declare the result in a hurry might not solve the problem.upsc will go to higher court to end this matter for good.

@BulbulSenVery slim. But, if UPSC works overtime and declares the result in the middle of the night, I'd not be surprised. I think tomorrow seems to be a fair possibility. Let's wait for the published order. Tab aur clarity aayegi.

Seeing the proceedings and more number of candidates claiming the possesion of certificate upto 16 th august, more delay is possible in result. . But that might last till next 2 -3 days. . This week is d week

Were there candidates who cleared pre but were not allowed to write mains(for not having certi)?
If that so, and if they did not approach the court on first instance, will the be allowed to petition now?

No. For pre I selected ews.

While filling DAF there was no option to upload certificate if it was dated after 31 july. So I didn't upload so now converted into general.

But what now when the date has been extended to 16th.

whatever relief has been given i think its gonna be only for petitioners and would not apply to others nhi to boht case hoga bhai

@CaesarNo, around 100 EWS candidates were not allowed for mains. Since they have not given mains, they don't have any stand. A classic case of sleeping over one's rights.
