OBC (NCL) Anyone help urgently

1. While Filling the DAF, in the Details of Wealth column, is it mandatory to fill the details (As ther is no * mark on it). And If so what all things need to be mentioned?

2. In 2nd column given, "weather the wealth held is above in exemption limit as prescribed in Wealth Tax Act?*

Here what needs to be filled  (Yes or No), if wealth is under 30lac limit??
