Good evening sir! I have a doubt regarding obc. I am from Tamil Nadu and will be applying for 1st time for upsc in 2026. Here we dont have obc and need to apply to get obc ncl.
I belong to creamy layer obc, however no certificate will be issued for such creamy layer obc. In application form does upsc ask to submit obc certificate sir? Despite mentioning i belong to creamy layer? If so what should i do sir?
I have bc certificate from my state...
Please help me out sir..
