OBC Non Creamy Layer related queries while filling UPSC Prelims 2025 DAF

@NareshMentor Sir I have OBC NCL certificate with father profession as Agri. But I dont know how to make certificate for 3 Financial.year I have uploaded document of Income Certificate of 2023 24. Please help
