OBC Non Creamy Layer related queries while filling UPSC Prelims 2025 DAF

Please help.

My father's total income is 3L according to ITR but I have OBC NCL as per agriculture income which is 70k to 90k . What should I do , should I upload obc ncl or I have to make new certificate as per ITR.

As per ITR net agriculture income is  approx 9 lakhs for last 3 years.

Income from other sources is 3 lakhs .

Am I eligible for obc ncl, if yes should I mention the same amount in the application form as per ITR related to agriculture income ?
