@gauravbrly409 yes it seems correct for Gomashtas and answer should be 3 only and the same has been given in a couple of answer keys as well .Rest depends on UPSC's interpretation .

@Equalizer a scheme has been launched by NALSA in 2016 to provide free legal service covering all the senior citizens ( Google Nalsa free legal service to senior citizens)
@shubham4_m7770 Dont go with NALSA Act 1987 brother as question is just asking in general and not based on some act . Adding further a pan India scheme is launched by NALSA in 2016 which includes all senior citizens under section 12 of free legal services act for getting free legal service . I dont understand why the coaching mafias just ignored this straight forward scheme/initiative of NALSA .
