Hi this is statement 4 question 8 -Delay the passage of ordinary bill passed by the Parliament, by not giving approval.
Isn't absolute veto also related to delay in the passage of ordinary bill for. eg when the govt in not in majority in parliament and the bill is passed during that time? and absolute veto is not the descretion of the president?
Article 310 of the Constitution says every member of the civil service in the States holds office during the pleasure of the Governor, but , members of state public service commision are appointed by the governor but can only be removed by president? Explain this contradiction? are member of spsc not civil servant ?
