Completely unethical from forum ias in the name of running subsidized tests(though it's not subsidized actually) Daily some or other problem is going on with the tets -
1. Missing csat questions on several days
2. Paragraphs not loading properly
3. Analysis not always accessible
4. Late opening of test portal
5. Repeating same question in same test
And they have audacity to charge penalty for late payment of fee. And also remove tests available on portal if you are late even by one day, without warning. Do they return money when they are at fault ? Rules should be applicable to both the parties. In reply they say we issue corrigendum , is it enough penalty ?
