I would request you for SFG to be conducted in standard "GS and Current affair" model.
Adding 5 csat questions add no value rather reduces the seriousness of SFG as number of static questions are reduced. Old model has worked well for people, I would request you for the same.
I would also request you to provide clarity on this before the window for monthly payment closes as we can plan accordingly for the coming months.
