P, Q, R, S, T, V and W are seven friends working in a company. Each of them has different day-offs in a week from Monday to Sunday, not necessarily in the same order. They work in three different shifts viz A, B and C, and a person from one shift cannot work in another shift. At least two of them are assigned to each shift, because if a shift has only one person, that shift will go empty on his day off.

R works in Shift B. P’s day off is Tuesday and he does not work in the same shift with either Q or W. None of those who work in Shift A have day off either on Wednesday or on Friday. V works with only T in shift C. S’s day off is Sunday. V’s day off is immediate next day of that of R’s day off. T’s day off is not on Wednesday. W’s day off is not on the previous day of P’s day off. S works in shift A. Q does not work in the same shift with R and his day off is not on Thursday.

Yeah, in Question 1 of #37, it is (D). Statement 1 in the question was supposed to say “Right to freedom” instead of “Right to equality”. Of course, since it does not, the correct answer now is (D).

@ Admin – for Quiz 37 ques 1 – answers should be D. how can it be A when first 3 lines of the paragraph clearly mentions as:

The Constitution has facilitated the political participation of SCs/STs (dalits and adivasis) through three measures: Fundamental Right to equality granted to citizens, abolition of discrimination including untouchability, and special provision for their representation in legislature.

Please explain.
