Explanations
1. “Same straight line but not together” means the the hands of the clock point in exactly opposite directions i.e. they are 180 degrees apart.
Consider, understand and remember this fact: In one hour, the minute hand covers 360 degrees but the hour hand only covers 30 degrees. So, the minute hand gains 330 degrees over the hour hand every hour.
Now, at 9 o’clock, the difference between the hands is 90 degrees. We need to find the time when the difference is 180 degrees.
330 degrees are gained by the minute hand over the hour hand in 60 minutes. It needs another 90 degrees to gain 180 degrees over the minute hand. So, it will gain this additional 90 degrees in 60/330*90 minutes i.e. 16.36 minutes.

2. M and K are the 13th and 11th alphabets. The numerator and denominator are the squares of these numbers. If MK = 13²/11², then JH = 10²/8².

4. Any side of a cube has four adjoining sides.
Consider side K: From the first view, two of its adjoining sides are A and B. From the second view, the remaining two of its adjoining sides are M and H. So, the side opposite to it is P.
Consider side B: From the first view, two of its adjoining sides are A and K. From the third view, the remaining two of its adjoining sides are P and H. So, the side opposite to it is M.
This leaves A and H as the remaining two sides opposite to each other.

5. If a date in a year is Friday, the same date the next year will be the next day i.e. Saturday. In case of February 29 coming in between, that date the next year will be two days hence i.e. Sunday.
Remember that all the years divisible by 100 but not divisible by 400 (like 1100, 1400, 300 or 700 etc) are NOT leap years. Years divisible by 400 (like 1200, 2000 or 2400 etc) are leap years.
