   Hi. Critical analysis is not given in this article. I have only tried to show the positive impacts and steps taken to mitigate the negative impacts. The negative impacts are very apparent and thus not mentioned. Thus for you knowledge, negative impacts are short term slump in private sector growth, shortage of money, decrease in property prices, impact on unorganized sectors workers, law and order problems due to short term anger among people, corrupt practices shown by bank officials, changing of old currency notes by new ones at a lower rate ( this happened by the use of bank accounts of BPL people), and so on.
