We are compiling Interview transcripts of ForumIAS Members who have appeared for the Interview for various boards. This is exhaustive – covering over 300-500 pages. This will take a while. We will be releasing the transcripts boardwise – for both the years – 2014 and 2015.

What is an Interview Transcript ?
An interview transcript is a narration of the the questions asked ( and answers given by the candidate ) when Interviewed by a particular board . These transcripts have been posted by ForumIAS users as and when the Interview took place.
How to go ahead?
In case you preparing for the Interview, it will be a good idea to go through the questions asked and prepare your own answers to those questions – especially if you have a matching profile as that of the candidate in question. Going through these transcripts posted by actual students who appeared for the Interview will help you understand about the personality test in a better manner.
