  1. thanku so much for clarifying my doubt…….

does these bodies ( executive decision) have any accountability towards legislature… i mean legislature doesnt feel its requirement … can they simple discard these bodies…

or Cabinet got any exclusive rights on these bodies…

Thanks for the clarification.. Yeah 4th statement is wrong.

  3. In question 1, it would be final goods and services not all

  4. Act of parliamnet is when legislature makes a decision with majority of the house and it becomes an act…
Executive decision is in the hands of Council of ministers or the ruling govt here bjp which can take decision arbitratuly without even consulting legislature… Like establishing BBB or signing many types of FTA etc.

  5. hi team …unable to make out difference between act of parliament and setting up by executive?

-Indirect taxes does not affect all Indians alike, -rich and poor.

Yea it is regressive in nature no doubt in it, but it is regressive because as income increases tax amount diminishes, for e.g. if poor is earning 100 rs but paying 2 rs as indirect tax(2%), it would affect him more than relatively rich person who is earning 200 rs, here tax will be 1% only.

So this tax impacts more to poor than rich. Here impact increases by 100% if income decreases by 50%.

    Just think about it.

  11. Nice interpretation…totally agree with you

in fact wealthier giver higher indirect taxes……………..as higher the consumption, higher will be indirect taxes paid…………….so sttmnt 3 would be wrong but sttmnt 2 is also wrong because poor or rich are equally impacted by this tax thats why regressive in nature for all

  12. Agree with atul………..it is 90 days for overdue in case of NPAs

Q-3, why statement 2 is wrong, Indirect tax affects poor more than rich !! In fact statement 3 is wrong, they pay same tax but on individual tax rate can be more or less vis-a-vis their income.

Q-4, answer should be 2 & 3, which is not there in option. Statement 1 is wrong, period is 90 days.

  14. I think so too

  15. Hii Team…
In ques 4 , NPA period should be 90 days…? Plz confirm..!!
