Also, what about the Art 21 question which according to key does not include right to internet access. Contrary to kerela HC ruling which says itdoes.

In Question 5, Gandhi-Irwin pact did not conclude the Civil Disobedience movement. Even though it was decided that congress will stop it but it was started post the failure of 2nd Round Table conference.

Hence only a phase of civil disobedience movement was stopped. 

Please suggest.
