If you’re giving the prelims this year, now is not the time to waste on arguments, do din ke liye chup chap saari baat maan lo and tell your parents also to cooperate for just 2 days. 10th ke baad argue kar lena. What is important now is your peace of mind for 2 days and you will not get that if you do not get along with your parents.

If you’re not giving prelims this year, then I would suggest ki don’t argue with your parents, there’s nothing called as winning an argument with your mum, it always ends with “sorry mummy, agli bar nahi hoga.” Instead try and listen to what they have to say calmly and try and understand the root of the frustration and try to come to some sort of middle ground. I’m not saying you have to listen to everything they say blindly, but rather try to understand what they’re saying and then see if their point of view can be incorporated. Arguing will only make them more defensive, trying to understand and hear out their views will make them more likely to understand your point of view and be more fair with you as well.
