Is anyone else experiencing technical glitches while filling the form? I have made the payment and money is deducted but  it's not showing in the portal... What should I do now? Helpline numbers are not being attended to .

1. How long does it take for a BPS officer to get promoted to IPS ? 

2. What is the highest rank a BPS officer can hope to reach if one joins at 30+ age ? 

3. What is the current salary structure ?
