Hello sir!
This will be my first interview. I wanted to know the entire process of BPSC interview, like, if any document (DAF) will be submitted, as done in CSE interview, and if so, when this happens. Further, regarding the preferences of the services, I have no clue. In which order they should be enlisted? Also, if you could, please, give a basic details of Interview Board, their arrangement, and a few notes of etiquettes which I should start preparing, it will be much kind of you and helpful for me.

Hi Brajesh. There is no DAF as such. Post preference is as per ones priority and interest . And don't worry about board profile. Just be the best version of yourself

@BGP  Don't worry about the results. Focus on the interview.
They check your degrees and caste certificates and other documents. NOC if working.
There is no DAF as told earlier.
1+3 members in interview.
Language: they start with hindi. And you answer in Hinglish. Then a board member asked me if I was comfortable in english more. I said yes and then we talked in english.

@Neyawn  in Civils interview they know everything about you including where your mother was born.
Here they don't know your name even. Let alone where one is from. This to avoid caste religion and regional bias.
Prepare mature views regarding CA topics, revise your optional and work on your bio data, which again they don't have but will randomly ask.
In any circumstances, don't reveal your name and place of origin.

@richa92110209 agar english me fluent nahin hain to hindi me dijiye na. Koi fark nai padta language ka. What matters is how mature and well informed your thoughts are. Can you substantiate your opinion with facts to make it an analysis.

BPSC Guidance SessionLiveTODAYat9:00 PM.

UPDATE: The session stands postponed due to an exigency from our end.

We will be conducting the session tomorrow and will be posting the update for the same by tomorrow 5 PM.

Some pre-requisites of the session:

1.     Before the meeting gets started, kindly ensure to test yourmicrophone, speaker, and web cam.Test them hours before the meeting and also half an hour before you actually come live.

2.     Have a bunch of queries ready with you along with a piece of paper and pen. This will help you to remember what exactly you wanted to ask and record the same for future references.

3.     It is polite to have your camera on when others have turned on their camera. Don’t worry this lockdown has made us all look alike. Groomed/ ungroomed, it hardly matters. We all are in the same ship.

4.     Check for no disturbing background noise.

5.     Keep your mic on mute, during the meeting to avoid any extra noise.
