Hello friend just need some help !!!
Being from unprivileged background I am preparing for IAS since last 2 years and experienced failure in csat this attempt inspite of getting 103 marks in GS.
I have done my graduation B.A from a third class institute in Uttar Pradesh where neither proper classes happens nor any infrastructure is there .People just apply to get the degrees and I am one of them .
I just used to go and write the paper at the end of year because no one really cared about attendance so just wanted to know does college attendance is asked in the entire selection ofUPSC .
Does it would create any impediment in appointment letter given by dopt to successful candidate .
Kya Upsc college attendance dekhti hai agar apne regular graduation kiya hai .
This thought is killing me that you are already disqualified because you are regular graduate without college attendance.
I don't belong high class elite so just preparing from home .
