@SnowLeopard I feel they will postpone the exam. The risk is too high to go ahead with the exam.
@SnowLeopard Even if they manage to conduct the exams on 7, 8 and 9. It would not be possible to conduct language and optional papers. 5 days gap in between can escalate the situation.
Based on this, I am hoping they will postpone. Also, I think if they postpone, we might not get a break between GS papers and optionals.

@Purplesunbird Yes my first ever comment. I am not active on forum. I did call 1800118711 and they said meeting at 4 pm and update by 6 pm. Given that most of us are uncertain of what is or what will happen, thought I would share.
