CSE 2022: Plan/ Strategy/ Daily Routine

Guys, please suggest a good source for ethics. want to complete it in 10-15 days.

Might sound a bit naive but I wanted this cleared, if I am focussing on static part more for Pre, would it be wise to go for Newspaper (Indian Express without notes) & PT365 and not doing doing vision monthly? It takes lot of my time to complete monthly and revising it is another task for me.
