Friends on YPT,
I observed that I tend to use my Phone more often if I use YPT.
This is making my day less mindful. How do you deal with this?Hi. To be honest, I still struggle with it sometimes so I don't have a fool proof solution.
What I would say is that keep your phone away from yourself, away from your line of sight and away from your reach when you are sitting to study. Preferably in a different room. It is okay to log a few extra minutes due to the distance (simply delete a 10-15 min segment if you think that's all your time spent in the process)
YPT in general has done more good than harm for me till now, hope it works out well for you too. All the best!
This actually worked for me too, I keep my phone inside the cupboard out of my sight. If I tend to get distracted and try to look at phone by the time I reach the phone I lose interest and get back to studying.

Finally cleared Prelims for the first time in my 4th attempt. I was very happy and the scared at the same time what if I take long time to crack the rest of the phases.
