"The Plan" is so less talked about. It could save precious years of aspirants. Coaching,mentors(since their reach is wide) themselve must tell freshers to enter with a plan and in any case after two full fledged attempts to acquire a back up.
The truth is even in a demi-decade only 5k(approx) will make the cut. But while being in the process one must keep spirits high and perform to the best of his/her abilities.

@DM Sir you can have a look at Brother HL-L2321D. I don't have it but have heard good reviews from friends.
I have HP 1020 plus but won't suggest because it doesn't have auto-duplex feature and moreover its outdated.
