@parle ji_ i don't know why people are trying to ignore the reality that exam(both paper) was tough , aspirants are not getting marks , those who are able to score good in paper 1 are not even qualifying csat forget being a bordercase in csat and still people say only drop of few marks here and there in the cutoff
@Qurafaat Luck but for 15000 ,may be you are right but luck in CSAT then may be you are wrong
@Qurafaat had it been state psc then yes certainty can be there but upsc no one knows what dhamaka is going to happen even in cutoff
