Can you share a few hacks that you use for notemaking?

One A4 sheet for one chapter of NCERT.. at max two if the chapter is long. Would insert the sheets within the NCERT. Seperate notebook for current affairs..would jot down only topics that I seem to forget or expecting in exam. No digital.
