Discuss different types of cybercrimes and measures required to be taken to fight the menace.

Framework 1 :
-Define cybercrime(1-2 lines) + one line of some data on increase of cyber crime today
-why increase in cyber crime -3 points using arrow.
-types of cybercrime (around 5 with 1-2 lines explanation )
Impact of cybercrime-3 points using arrow.
Measures required : 5single line points
Conclusion
Framework 2(bang on answer)

Measures required : 8single line points
Conclusion
In FW 1
Pros : I m writing a comprehensive answer covering multiple dimensions.
Cons: writing things which r not asked explicitly
- It will take more time also.
- I m writing only 5 points in types of crimes and measures whereas in FW 2 I m writing 8 points in both sub parts explicitly asked.
My query is which Framework is more scoring as per your experience of answer writing.
It’s a commom issue I think most of us faced whenever we face a relatively easy question where we have too many generic and specific points and we want to bombard answer with all info related to question.
