Civil Services Mains 2020 Results: In or Out ? Way ahead, gratitude and Pain

UPSC is not pinnacle of power and money.Take sachin waze for example.Joined as SI and is one of the most powerful police man in Maharashtra.Generally people think that the higher the designation ,more the power. The equation is more of the combination of right caste+right region(marathi, tamil etc)+ designation.A bihari ips will not be respected that much in maharashtra.A lower caste will not be allowed to enter into finance department. If you are yadav,go for UPPSC.If you are marathi,go for MPSC etc.A yadav state sdm is far better than politically not powerful caste dm.India still runs on caste despite what many people tell you otherwise. If upper class face financial difficulties ,govt will provide blank cheques to them.E.g.Sensex is being pumped by RBI printing money so that it does not fall.In the new economic order, there's excess money. This is upper class nrega scheme by govt which allows so many startups with thousand of crores of losses to find work as techies.

Ek baat aur.Do not think that you are going to change india.Do you think that you will be allowed to work to bring equality.A country only runs because of inequality.Sometimes it is legislated in the form of freight equalization policy.Sometimes its is by printing money giving that out to a selected few. What happened to bihar and eastern states should remove any kind of doubt in your minds that you will bring equality. That is never a state's goal.It is to maintain inequality.Your goal is not to create solutions.Kashmir ka solution ho jayega to who will buy guns and bullets.Your goal is to keep the sludge flowing.

@Johnny_Distracted Obviously UPPSC sdm. Most of your friends who are enjoying wealth in private sector are because of their corrupt parents. You already know the level of corruption in congress era.A tte was able to earn thousands per railway trip.A customs inspector earned 1 crore a year during congress era.More income more better education and better higher education. Its your choice to be corrupt. People who preach honesty are generally those who are already very very rich because of corrupt parents.

@Johnny_Distracted They are calling 60 k as upper middle class in a country where real estate is costlier than USA.Maybe they are already very very rich.Consultants are paid millions in India so that their report can be put in dustbin.Software companies are selling softwares to indian govt and companies on a commission basis.Private sector has insider trading, commission based tenders.Corruption is everwhere from govt to private.Else in a country where only thousands declare more than 1 crore as annual income will not buy so many Mercedes and lamborghninis

@Patootie Can the system become honest.Todays wealthy have their wealth because of biased decision making of govt of past. For example, rajput caste in bihar owns a lot of land .They all got the land because british made them the zamindar.Kurmi caste in bihar prospered because ranjit don made a lot of kurmis doctors, engineers, job holders by other means.Todays upper caste prospered because they discriminated against backward castes.A person from delhi has much better access to higher education than a person of bihar, even if they score same marks in JEE or NEET.Can you call that corruption?Being Wealthy in india is a function of a lot of biased govt policies.

There is a college named IIIT allahabad.Udhar dekha tha corruption kya hota hai.The director must have made 100 crores. The director itself was some arts graduate, with almost all of the employees belonging to a certain caste.Their I got to know that India has too many multimillionaires and powerful people just play system to keep the power with themselves.Fraud PhD holders being made professors even when the professor was a multimillionaire.Admission main bhi dhandhli.USA se jyada easy hai India main millionaire banna.Jise corruption karna hai uttar pradesh le lo.

@qwerty111111 How are your problems get solved by civil servants making quick bucks? It is not like he would give his money to a weak person. You are against the strong person taking advantage of the system and still supports civil servants being corrupt?

Strong person is not taking the advantage of the system, the system has itself a bias towards the strong.Jats -a strong group-are protesting on public property. They have built structures on public property. Now,consider that bihari migrants in the same numbers doing the same.Everybody knows that the system will have different responses.System chhodo, udhar ke resident hi thik kar denge. Can an IAS change it?Can a minister change it?Who is the strong person now?Already kitne IAS,IPS,software engineer bane hue hai whose parents earned crores by corruption but now want honesty from others.Who writes these PSC,CGL,UPSC...the middle and lower class. The upper class knows that the system will always favour them.

@DrishtiPoint Rich can become honest.I know people whose parents are in UPPCS with so much money that they can easily live an upper class lifestyle on that money. They join jobs so that they can work. They can be utterly honest because they have already earned enough through corruption. They can now teach others about honesty.Todays rich are rich only because of corruption. If you are rich ,there is your source of wealth. You are a liar and a corrupt, if you tell that your parents are honest while working in RTO,PWD,Army etc.People are telling here that with 60 k you are in upper middle class. You can be easily sure that the upper middle class starts at 5 lakh per month in india. This is india.Income tax dept says that 2000 people earned 1 crore and above annual income in india.Thsi statistic is a joke about honesty in india.

@Jammu What about media.Google par search karo IAS aur news wale section main jao.Title of the news article:tum kahi ke collector ho kya aur ban gaye IAS,2 baar prelims bhi clear nahi aur fir safalta, rickshaywale ka beta bana IAS.Especially the case of a gareeb IAS who got IRS last year was used  by news to motivate the gareeb population to start preparing for UPSC.That gareeb IAS is a rajput of bihar who has acres of land. Some people do job only for the work.Ameer hi bante hai IAS.Even those non creamy layer certificate holders are very rich. The other thing is social capital of the caste.Check the CSE rank list. You will find that obc candidates are generally from yadav caste or southern states specially tamilanadu, maharashtra where OBCs are very dominant.

Pappu yadav is a politician in bihar with known assets of 125 crores. How many in India knows about this multimillionaire? The truth is that INDIA is the easiest place to be millionaire in dollars if you are from right caste. This person earned money through corruption and crime and now he wants an India of honest people. There are many pappu yadavs in India making pappu of india.Brajesh thakur bhi yaad hoga. That person has assets of 50 crore, multimillionaire. These people are multimillionaires only because they are from right caste.India has many many multimillionaires

representation ki baat toh civil service reforms , indianisation of administration, simon commission ki zamaane se chali aa rhi hai. if the presumption then was that only Indians can work for interest of indians, then why cant that principle be extended to women, obcs, muslims, sc/st etc The doors of private sector are open for meritorious candidates , state institutions cant be compared with ordinary private sector jobs. Because unlike private sector, State wields coercive power and performs the function of redistribution and for that to be fair, representation is important. State decisions have the potential to create life and death situation for the proverbial last man. Private sectors cant deprive anyone of food , and other welfare measures but state can.
People talk about concentration of wealth, progressive taxation, inequality , and somehow seem to justify 20% people being occupying>40% while OBCs who constitute 50% of population have only 22% strength in central services. AB kya chahte ho 20% ko 60..80% seats mil jaye
paradoxically , while reservation continues to be rebuked, bashed, and criticised, we see reservation only increasing and being extended to new sections like EWS. Ab toh log reservation for locals in private sector ki baat kr rhe

OBC reservation in jobs started in 1990s.Before that,OBCs competed with upper castes. In govt job interviews, upper castes were marked higher than OBCs on the basis of surname. This is the reason that the representation of 50% OBCs in group A services is only 15% and these 15% also is due to reservation after 1990s.The lower OBCs  are currently at the lowest status in society because OBC reservation benefits mainly castes like yadavs, kurmis, jats and OBC castes of southern states.Being rich and being poor is on the basis of govt policies. If the capital of India was kolkata(strategically the right place),the jats would be the migrants. The capital is in delhi and many delhiites earn crores on the basis of this fact only.

The upper castes in India have privileges. If anything,RSS will be able to recruit any untalented upper caste as local leaders or employ them in many of their organisations. The only condition is to behave like upper caste.Analyse every post in RSS run institutions. They will be filled by upper castes.Caste is the most important factor for success in india.TCS will always be headed by upper caste,RSS will always be headed by upper caste,Portfolios of defence, finance will always be for upper caste,IISc ,IIT,IIM professors will continue the excuse the lack of talented lower castes to recruit upper castes as faculties.
