When to get the jab!
When it's safe!
I will try to shed some light here
It isabsolutelysafeto get vaccinated after you are getting no symptoms. But it is better advisable to take some gap.
For better understanding i have tried to explain-
If you have tested Positive then your immune system have now produced well enough antibodies against the virus. These antibodies stay in blood for quite sufficient time of approximately 30-60 days (few research claim it upto 6 months and more).
In case one have recieved monoclonal antibodies and convalescent plasma, they stays for more time.
How vaccine work?
The vaccine does not contain the whole virus. Instead vaccine simply get your cells to produce spike protein that is typically found on the surface of the virus, against which antibodies are produced by our immune system.
Covishield use nucleic acid for cell to produce spike protin same as of virus while covaxin use attenuated viral antigen to produce antibodies.
Why it is said to take a sufficient duration gap between vaccination ?
If you are getting vaccinated , natural antibodies produced by your body during infection which may remain in your body for upto three months can encounter or  bind to spike protine produced by the vaccine. This could in turn reduce your immune systems exposure to the spike protine and thus reducing the response.
However there is no exception to vaccine.
At last what is best advisable from this side is to wait for some time and let the most vulnerable people come first.
Best is to come forward and donate plasma
Ps-One have to wait for some time to donate plasma after getting vaccinated.
