- Covid situation better than other location and Southampton has hotel just along the stadium(official reason)

Nope. Most neutral condition would be SAF or WI. Bouncier than NZ and India. Less swing than NZ. Less Spin than India.
Everything cant be shifted to deserts just because there is protest ( WTO pun :p)
