@tubelight this country is bizarre, they just don't need a certificate but also when it is issued.I think they will allow to me write either main. I am really stuck in nowhere.  


Date matters because you can leave your job after clearing thru EWS to claim benefit.

But asking for undertaking despite having certificate from authority, that's bizarre.

Look at the backside of degree. It should be there.
