@TwoFace i dont think its a mistake. That is what its supposed to be since CSE attempts have been asked in a different column. This column means any other recruitment. It makes no sense as to why they would ask the same question twice.
@Steph_Curry it is the serial number mentioned on the top right corner or sometimes on the back of your makrsheet.
@TheMiddlePath one of my friend who is in CAPF only mentioned CAPF in that column and not his upsc attempts since it has already been asked. He faced no issues during or after his interview
@DRX yes when you fill the details there is a options of appeared or not appeared so you have to fill for any upsc exam or recruitment you applied for
