Hello Guys, can you suggest whether is it fruitful to make notes at this juncture? I am constantly making notes without answer writing practise. Also, this note making strategy is taking too much time in General studies.
I can see that you all are doing answer practise and revising. Are you all preparing notes or just reading the limited resource again and again.
What you guys are doing? Please help me...

Generally ppl suggest one page or half page topic notes. But those are mostly current notes. For subjects except probably short notes of history, rest gs notes are not recommended. Vahi time ka problem.
I'm writing heading/sub headings in separate paper and will judge like how much I remember in each revision. Typical list system basically that many used for prelims. If not enough remembrance then go back and read it again. Generally 6-7 revisions are recommended by ppl. To puke well in exam.
Ek funda simple hai: 1mnth pehle sare guru log ek hi baat kahenge ki ab padhna likhna chodo, just revise revise revise. Har saal neyawn bhai isi pe blog likhte hai. So pehle hi plan bana lo ki jo karna hai 1 month hai tumhare pas. With notes or without notes so round about 11 Dec, that is it. AW ho ya new stuff. Sabka the end hai ye date. So you may plan that way.
P.s. Confidence bachane me kaam ata hai right future prediction. 😁😁
