This question is to those who are clocking 9+ hours consistently - how do you manage to sit for long hours? I mean physically, how do you keep going? I max out at about 7-8 hours. Also been experiencing tremendous lower back pain of late due to continuous sitting. It's come to the point where I literally have to lie on the floor for relief. This shouldn't be happening at 23 years of age.You can try doing some yoga for lower back in between the study hours for 20 minutes or as per your convenience. I'm clocking 9+ hours but within my study time, I sometimes just stand up and revise whatever is on my timetable or just roam in the room itself. And there's nothing bad in lying on the floor for some time.
You can try this ; ps : I have seen this in libraries
Requesting if someone can answer, have been struggling with a silly confusion for a long time.
For current affairs I read newspaper for a year, read monthly current affairs magazines of Vision till Feb, have read March to May PT of vision. I also have read IR PT, Environment PT, Half of Govt Schemes PT and then the it started looking like exam would be postponed and I started preparing mains. Now the problem is I have not read the other PTs and now I feel a little scared to pick the plain new PTs even when I know most of the things in it, are the ones I have revised from monthly compilations 2-3 times. But that fear of picking up plain PTs at this point is scaring me. Do you think PTs have more content than monthly? Concluding, Do you think my plan of now revising subjects whose PT i have read from PTs and subjects whose PT I have not read from monthly compilations is not a very bad one or i am being idiotic here. If someone can guide, would be thankful.
P.S- I have done a prelims Specific revision from monthly compilations earlier and have highlighted pre-specific content in the vision monthly magazines.
No, PT365 don’t have extra content like you don’t feel out of blue, just take out your old monthly pts & I suppose you r referring to Pt 365 & read side by side. like if you’ll revise science by monthly magazine and side by side see PT365 of science& tech you realise more or less both r the same.
Modern over, section a of singhania over. tomorrow will try to complete artnculture revision, and then day after it is abhyas. So will try to revise environment as much as possible before giving test at night.
Ps: 2 members of family of 5 have covid symptoms including fever n loss of taste (confirmation 2mrw). Each night I feel some soreness in throat. Then I take some refuge to ayurveda and green tea. And next day morning its perfectly alright. Then again cycle repeat in evening. Alag hi struggle chal rha hai sala life me is saal.
I feel for many who must be going through same sort of trauma but also praying every moment with a bit of anxiety that symptoms don't get any worse. So today I repeat my prayers and hope that tomorrow I finish AC!
I feel you bro, down from past 2 days me & my family both but it’s ok nothing will remain permanent; we shall overcome it 😊
