Does it happen to everybody?

While preparing for UPSC, I am not getting that feeling that "I am doing mighty UPSC's preparation" though I certainly study for 8-10 hours on daily basis. But at the end of the day I feel like nothing major has been done.
Does this happen to everybody or am I going wrong somewhere???
