Most humbly and respectfully , I request you to kindly answer my query.
Q:Does the " Non creamy layer status " of a person is determined by a candidate's  own status or income OR ONLY by the status or income of a candidate's parents.?
(FOR instance , if a candidate's father is a retired government employee from group c(entry at job also in group c) and candidate's mother is a house wife and total income is less than 8 lakhs per annum and candidate is a group B officer through state public service commission  , can such a candidate be considered " OBC NON CREAMY LAYER" FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT JOB?
