Can governor reserve any bill for consideration of President?

A governor cannot reserve 'any' bill for the consideration of the President, there are specific provisions in this regard. I am attaching this image directly from M Laxmikanth's Indian Polity's chapter on Governor, you may refer to it for more details.

Hello! A national emergency is declared under Article 352. Articles 358 and 359 describe the effects of a national emergency on our fundamental rights.

Is it some test series Question? What exactly by forming boundary it means? All 4 are transboundary rivers.
Yes, it is. I don't know what the question means either.
Observe the figures all four are trans-boundry rivers......
But, Chenab is crossing the border and didn't play any role in deciding the boundry between India and the other farzi country.
How ever Jhelum Ravi and sutlaj basins are are part of deciding the boundry may be a few kilometres.
Hence.
Ignore such type of questions....... This the reason why making a good test series not an easy task......
