Please put yourself in machine mode. Machine is devoid of emotions. Setup very small small targets,  may be for each hour . Last week is gamechanger. Utilise it to change the game in your favour.  Good luck

Just plan your targets for one one hour. Ex say you decide to read social reform movement so read that in one hour, development since 1939 to independence in one hour. 
Say all schedules and amendments in one hour. That ways you can revise the whole syllabus in maximum 3 days 
Starting today do 2 full revisions intensely... This helps everytime
