@extinctinwild whip is just a convention in parliament,but has constitutional right of political party to pass whip.if members dont follows the party guideline he can be disqualified from membership or suspended..suspension doesnt mean exodus from party
@Simranmanocha ya state has no religion,but to secure the rights of some particular religion and minority state can interfere in the matter,to provide rights.but state cant discriminate citizens on religious basis.
