Yes, TRIFED pricing cell recommend MSP for around 20s MFP.

Does India have 2+2 mechanism with all the quad members at minesterial level??? 

I remember in vision it was at some level!! 

Recently upgraded to ministerial level with Australia. So, 2+2 is at ministerial level with all quad members.
