So yours truly has been secretly working on a new project - diyethics.com for the past year to compile GS IV Study Material. This was after one of forum members said that forum does not have a good GS IV reference material.
I have also taken some classes on the same and have managed to compile a lot of things in this book.
You can check out the Red Book here . For complete beginners and those appearing this year Mains can use parts of the book to augment their content - or build some good content by using content from this book.

Every line is hand typed . Actually handwritten before it is hand typed. Except committee recommendations. Not compiled from any coaching material. Except with the purpose of coverage.
Just an humble thank you from my side. Have summarised all the definitions used in this book in a single table, as per chronology of the syllabus. Truly, this booklet deserves all the praise it is receiving on this thread!

Just take a relook at page 125 of the document( Red Book.pdf). I think the content on ethics of capital punishment needs some edit.

Currently reading this book. Finally it feels like we have a one stop solution for ethics. The red book is really good with the syllabus wise apt content and examples.
Yesterday only I was thinking if the hard copy was available for the book since reading online for long hours is tiring.
