There was a statement in a Q on widening food subsidy bill in the Budget/Eco Survey test:
"There has been a decrease in sale realization due to decline in average Central Issue Price for APL households"
If CIP is declining why will there be fewer sales, or am I not understanding the term "sale realization" correctly?
@Naadan_Parinda @rashiv Can you explain this?
1.The CIP is declining because the categorization of APL and BPL are done away under NFSA and the Antyodaya CIP are uniformly applicable to all beneficiaries.
2. The sale realisation means getting money after selling a commodity. Its declining because the price of food grains is too less for getting any benefits from it. It is just 1/2/3 rupees for coarse grained, wheat and rice.
I think this is the reason for this question.
Another conceptual doubt in Economics: Why do Central government debt liabilities under External Debt head include External Commercial borrowings (ECB) of PSUs and private companies?
Its overall external commercial borrowings for India not for Central Govt. Central Govt borrows lesser than private companies for external markets.
With reference to Biofortification of crop, consider the following statements:
1. It aims to increase nutrient levels in crops during plant growth rather than through manual means during processing of the crops.
2. It includes iron-biofortification of wheat, rice and maize
3. It is recognized as a nutrition-sensitive-agriculture intervention that can reduce vitamin and mineral deficiency.
Which of the statements given above is/are correct?
@Thinker SirQ91 statement 2 is 'Quantum computing relies on individual bits to store and process information as binary 0 and 1 states.
This is incorrect.It doesn't process information as binary states.
@Thinker
Here also it should be qubits rather than individual bits as bits are in form of 0 and 1. Processing is done at atomic and subatomic level in form of various states of qubits existing simultaneously.
