Gs static syllabus completion

I have written two attempts, one mains and one interview. I have not completed my static syllabus yet. You will not have a day where you will be able to finish the GS Static Syllabus. It will be incremental in nature. You could say that broadly 60-70% is done, then it is good enough. The timeline should be by December-January.
