It's quite a coincidence that I am seeing this thread. Cried a good three times today. In a way, happy to know I am not alone in having these 'is it even worth it?' moments.

@Tata- Even I remember crying multiple times during preparation. It’s okay to open floodgates of emotions once in a while. Crying leads to contentment. But just like with everything else, relying too much on crying can lead to loss of its therapeutic value. Most of the times, I feel its better to use the pain as fuel to hunt your goals.

Crying happens when we don’t give expression to what we feel. Writing is a great tool to channelise those intricate emotions in a more productive way. There’s no hard and fast rule. Cry when it becomes unbearable. At other times, be strong. Cheers.

Crying is cathartic, crying is cleansing. People don't want others to know this secret so they cry in the secrecy of their rooms  ;)
