@Tata- Even I remember crying multiple times during preparation. It’s okay to open floodgates of emotions once in a while. Crying leads to contentment. But just like with everything else, relying too much on crying can lead to loss of its therapeutic value. Most of the times, I feel its better to use the pain as fuel to hunt your goals.
Crying happens when we don’t give expression to what we feel. Writing is a great tool to channelise those intricate emotions in a more productive way. There’s no hard and fast rule. Cry when it becomes unbearable. At other times, be strong. Cheers.
