@Neywan
Sir ,
I have failed 3 prelims.. till now and due to frustration didn't gave 2023 attempt but now I want to give it a final chance.
In my previous attempts ,I didn't joined any coachings , didn't give much tests that I should be given.
Now what should should I do ? what to join where to join?
I need support ..
Please guide
Really Directionless..
About me: I am pursuing P hd from Aligarh Muslim University
Fair mix of 3 things
1. Read and re- read basic books 3-5 times. A lot of people write prelims after reading books 1-2 times and think its accuracy problem
2. PYQs should be mastered. You should know them like the back of your hand.
3. Rigorous test writing. Take a look atbSFG for prelims and any prelims test series of 2 hours. Do it properly. That should do it.
Make sure that by December you have finished solving prelims toolkit. It's well curated and has helped a few hundred students make it this year.
In the end, it's also how you do it.

Thank you for response
One more thing sir
Should I join your prelims cum mains foundation program now in August? I mean is this a right time?
Or
Should I join prelims revision course in December plus SFG and to relocate to Delhi to have actual feel of the Exam?
Please suggest
Have you taken any foundation courses from any institute?
plz plz join it. apna attempt mat exhaust karo
Forum foundation program is 100 times better than any other coaching institute. You will thank me later.
changes i made after three failed prelims which helped me pass the next three
1. PYQs should be thoroughly solved, special focus on language and construction
2. less is more -- minimise sources, static oriented, multiple revisions
3. lesser mocks --- 10 FLTs and one simulator is more than enough
4. while solving 50:50 MCQs, always write why you chose a particular option, go back home and see the flaw in your logic and fix it. this helps increasing the accuracy in such questions.
5. if you read coaching A's material, dont join its test series.
6. you can always leave 20 questions in prelims and clear cutoff, so dont waste you time on trivial things. k
