How to change display pic in this website?

i have been automatically allocated a picture, and now i am unable to change it . how can we change the display pic?
plz help!!!
Hello, I have tried umpteen times to change my display pic but it is not getting updated. my one.forumias.com account shows new pic, but here it stays the same.
also, after "incessant begging" with the admins , my display name was changed, but i still see old name in when i click on my avatar on top right. same is the case in emails. please resolve or reply that this will not be resolved! so that i dont waste anymore time doing this.

This thread reminds me of two things:
1. There is no big problem or small problem, it just depends on the person who's passing through it. Every problem is a big problem and a small problem simultaneously, it's just the perception.
2. My older whatsapp status which goes like this: "We need serenity to accept what can't be changed, courage to change what can be changed, and most importantly wisdom to distinguish the both". I'm grateful to have that wisdom, wish you the same brother!
