"Issue Date of OBC certificate"

What should we fill in the slot for "Issue Date of OBC certificate" while filling up the application form for CSE 2022?

Should it be the date of issue of the original certificate (i.e 2018 in my case)ORthe date of renewal of the certificate(2022).

Please Note- I have both the document of Renewal(issued in 2022) of the certificate and the Original certificate( issued in 2018) with me.
