Life update
Hi everybody...
Hope new year was great for you..
Well mera to acha raha..
Joined Vippasanna camp for 10days.. No ph, no family, no talking...
Everything was mute..
It was tough... Extremely tough..
It gave me the sense of lonliness that i had never experienced before...
I had bad health, horrible body pains but after 5 days i realizes that it needs to be harboured..
It gave me the much need time to think..
About everything, everyone, all of it that was going on and all that went on...
So many answers...
So many closures...
And sabse mast baat... It gave me the courage to forgive people...
Those who wronged me..
Those who basically tore me to pieces & left me to bleed...
Closure... A word never used in positive sense but this time it gave me the freedom to spread my wings...
Freedom to be okay...
I forgave both my exes, frnds who turned foes, ppl who just abandoned me..
And even my own family for whatever I felt they did wrong with me...
It was as if koi bojh utar gya ho seene se..
Itne saalon baad mujhe shanti mili..
Jinse baat ho paai.. Unko bol diya.. Jinse nahi ho pai, mene koshish ki.. Ki agr bura bhala bola ho to maafi manglu but thik h..
They got their reasons...
Samjh aya ki lifetime dukhi nahi reh sakte na..
Ro nahi sakte h...
Jo hai wo hai..
Lekin baar baar torture nahi kr sakte agr kisiko maafi nahi chahiye ya mujhe maaf nahi krna to koi nahi...
That will also work...
Bs ab mujhe sbka kalesh apne sir pr nahi lekr chalna hai...
Socha, dekha, jaana, aur maan liya...
Yeh saal acha shuru hua hai.. Hopefully end bhi acha hoga...

D503,@DancingMaster .. I went to hoshiyaarpur.... It's a very good center..But i must warn you... It's very tough 2 days is all cool but after then u tend to go crazy...I was sick on 3rd day with high fever & panic..And as u can't speak for 10days.. Brain goes into freeze..U realize your worst fears..So go when u are ready.. Completely ready
I have done few 5 days ke courses when I was u-18. Toh I think 10 days of silence wont be an issue. Thanks for sharing your exp. I'll check out Hoshiyarpur centre aswell.
