This looks compicated issue because even if upsc declare result others may approach court because reservation can not be given based on the ability to approach cat or sc.

@AzadHindFauzcat verdict of extension of ews certificate cutoff date is little complicated issue in my view which may have its impact on the result declaration.

@dr-ahmednaaz8567you are right.this judgement has made the process complicated with many issues involved.

Upsc may not declare result because they may have to face lot of cases especially if courts consider some of the candidates rural back ground which make them difficult to get certificates and also approaching courts . So they may approach HC to get the CAT order canceled.

Upsc may approach law ministry for its opinion on cat verdict.

@jmanivenkatesh8165i think i made a mistake by not changing optional. If your are confident about pubad go with it but if you ask me i suggest you to go with psir.
